Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent of not less than 3 years study duration from an accredited program
- Valid current national licence
- NLT 6 years postgraduate experience in an acute care tertiary hospital
- NLT 2 years in Senior Charge Nurse position or NLT 3 years in Charge Nurse position
Desired:
- Certificate or postgraduation diploma in Health Care Management
- International accreditation experience
- Indication of progressive leadership, management and clinical positions
- Certified proof of yearly CME
- Continuous post graduation courses
Western qualified,trained and experienced candidates preferred, all other nationalities must pass the HAAD or MOH exam before being considered.
