QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential
i Graduate from a recognised medical school
ii Saudi Board or equivalent higher qualification in Orthopaedic Surgery or Neurosurgery
iii Fellowship in Spinal Surgery
EXPERIENCE:
Essential
Four (4) years specialised professional post qualification experience in Orthopaedic or Neuro-spinal Surgery, which should include the management of a wide range of spinal surgical pathologies and of which a minimum of two (2 ) years must be at a Senior Registrar level in Spinal Surgery (Category A + B hospitals).
Desirable
Publisher of original work, have participated and preferably led original research.
PERSONAL QUALITIES/SKILLS:
i Self-motivated and with awareness of current trends in the field.
The Riyadh Armed Forces Hospital (RMH) is located in Riyadh City, The capital of Saudi Arabia. It's the flagship of the RMH Program. RMH is the Medical Services Department (MSD) of the Ministry of Defense and Aviation (MODA). RMH was officially opened December 1978. The hospital now includes the main hospital, Southwest Corner and the new Southwest Corner Extension. Additional facilities are being built to accommodate the growing population and to further enhance the quality of patient care.
