Head of Performance Management

Requirements:

- Degree in (Bio) Statistics or Health information management, MBA preferred

- Proficiency in English

- Good and up to date knowledge about health information practices and international reporting standards, analytic and leadership skills

- Proficiency in MS Office Applications

- Knowledge of Hospital Information Systems ("Cerner"), ERP System is a "Plus"

- Knowledge of Database Administration

• A person with data management background
• A person with less strategic planning and more technical/operational and finance background.
• A person with health care background "hospitals"

The city of Al Ain is close to the border of Oman, between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and it is known as the ‘Garden City’ of the Persian Gulf.

Al Ain Hospital, a highly specialised acute care and emergency hospital with 412 beds and 30 medical departments and divisions, is one of the two major hospitals in the Al Ain region of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi belonging to the health system of the Abu Dhabi Health Services Company SEHA. The hospital provides a wide range of general and specialist clinical services. It is also the base for medical education, training and research for two teaching hospitals from Europe and the UAE.
On the basis of an agreement with SEHA, the leading European health specialists Vienna Medical University and VAMED have been managing Al Ain Hospital since June 2007.
